About

The Program

Technology is a necessity for today’s businesses. However, working all day with these modern tools often creates physical problems for your employees. Paying attention to proper ergonomics helps but is not the entire answer to this issue. Lowered efficiency and increased absenteeism often stems from working with poor posture and improper body mechanics.
This physical therapy based wellness program is designed for your employees, whether they are working at the office or at home. It’s non-intrusive, individual, in-house or tele-session, and takes place at their work station. With the understanding of time constraints and stressful deadlines, the exercises provided are easy to do, quick, and motivating. Employees will feel productive, energized, less stressed, and empowered within minutes.
